Depending on the building and site, there are two main approaches to house repiling:
Lift the Building
The building can be completely uplifted to a suitable working height, allowing new foundations to be installed underneath.
Repile from Underneath
Where lifting isn’t suitable, the building can remain in place while it is levelled and new foundations are installed underneath.
